These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of koluwin.com and related services (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not upload or create content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
- By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount indicated at checkout.
- Payments are securely processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
Our colouring books are custom-made and personalized based on your uploaded photos. For this reason:
- No refunds, returns, or cancellations are available once an order is placed.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and the suitability of the images you upload.
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.
You represent that you own or have rights to the photos you upload. You grant Koluwin a limited license to use those photos solely for the purpose of generating your personalized colouring book. Photos are stored for 7 days only and then deleted, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
All content, branding, and materials on Koluwin (except user-uploaded photos) are the property of Koluwin and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koluwin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any personalized products.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms occasionally, with updates posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
