- Do you offer charity / not-for-profit pricing?
- Yes. Registered charities, foundations, and not-for-profits get a meaningful discount off our wholesale rate. Include your ABN, EIN, or charity registration number in the form and we'll factor it into the quote.
- What's the minimum order?
- 50 copies. Most charity projects sit between 100 and 1,000 copies depending on whether the books are for fundraising, donor gifting, or distribution to the community you serve.
- How does the fundraising model work?
- We quote a wholesale per-unit price. The charity sets the retail price (typically 1.5–2.5x), and the difference funds your cause. We can support a pre-order model so you only print what's pledged — useful when grant timing is tight.
- Can sponsors be acknowledged inside the book?
- Absolutely. We can include sponsor pages, dedications, and acknowledgements without making the book feel commercial. Many charities use the book itself as a deliverable for sponsorship packages.
- Are images of kids and families safe to use?
- Consent is the charity's responsibility — we just need to know which photos you have permission to use. Once approved, every page is reviewed before printing, and we never include external links, ads, or tracking.
- Will it be ready for our campaign launch?
- Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from final approval. Tell us your launch or event date in the form and we'll work back from there. Christmas appeals, awareness months, and gala events: tell us early.
- Can you invoice the charity directly for grant or PO purposes?
- Yes. We're set up for grant and PO workflows — POs accepted, ABN/tax invoices issued to the charity, line-item detail for acquittal. No staff member fronting the cost personally.
- Can the books be distributed internationally?
- Yes — we ship globally. Tell us where the books need to go in the form and we'll quote freight as part of the project.
