Frequently asked questions
- What's the minimum order for a school?
- 50 copies. Most school-wide projects we've done are between 150 and 600 copies depending on enrolment.
- How does fundraiser pricing work?
- We quote you a wholesale per-unit price. The school sets the retail price (typically 1.5–2.5x), and the difference is your fundraising margin. We can support a pre-order model so you only print what's sold.
- Is the content classroom-safe?
- Yes — every page is reviewed by us before printing, and we never include external links, ads, or tracking. Brand-safe for assemblies and classroom distribution.
- Can students contribute their own artwork?
- Absolutely. Send scans of student-drawn pieces and we'll clean them up and lay them out alongside the photo-derived pages.
- Will it be ready in time for end of term?
- Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from final approval. Tell us your event date in the form and we'll work back from there.
- Do you take POs or invoice the school directly?
- Yes. We're set up for school procurement — POs accepted, ABN tax invoices issued to the school. No need for a staff member to pay personally.
- What about photo permissions?
- The school is responsible for parent media-release consent on student photos. We just need to know which photos you have permission to use.
