Frequently asked questions
- Who is this program for?
- Creators with an engaged following on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, or newsletters — especially in parenting, family, crafts, gifting, lifestyle, or kids' education niches. Audience size matters less than engagement and fit.
- How does the 20% commission work?
- Once approved, you get a unique referral link and discount code. Every sale that comes through your link earns 20% of the net order value (excluding taxes and shipping). Earnings accrue in your dashboard and are paid out monthly once you hit a $50 minimum.
- How long is the cookie window?
- 60 days. If a follower clicks your link and buys within 60 days — even on a different device, as long as they're logged in or use your code — you get the commission.
- Do I have to post a minimum number of times?
- No hard quota, but ambassadors who post nothing for 90 days will be moved to inactive. We want partners who actually want to share Koluwin, not link-collectors.
- Can I be an ambassador in any country?
- Yes — Koluwin ships internationally. We pay out via PayPal globally, or bank transfer for AU/US/UK/EU.
- How long until I hear back?
- We review every application personally. Expect a response within 5 business days.
- What's not allowed?
- No paid search ads on 'Koluwin' branded terms, no coupon-aggregation sites, no incentivised traffic, and no misleading claims about the product. Full terms shared on approval.
